Our Premium Wagyu Ground Beef is approximately 80/20 (20% fat) and created from highly marbled Wagyu animals, from trim products and select cuts. We never add “external subcutaneous fat” so the fat content in our premium Wagyu Ground Beef is from “marbling” fat, which has been determined by scientific research to be a healthier type of fat with a better ratio of monounsaturated/saturated fat, higher oleic acid composition, and lower melting point. Our Ground Beef has the signature “melt in your mouth”, buttery Wagyu taste characteristic. Our ground beef is truly a premium ground beef product! We blend the trim from all of the animals processed on the same date so that our ground beef is from a mix of 100% Fullblood Wagyu, high percentage Wagyu and 50% Wagyu animals, and add select other cuts in each batch, which results in a high quality and consistent product. Our ground beef is available in two packaging sizes: “Small” 1-lb. and “Large” 5-lb.
